Obituary for Clell Coleman III

Clell  Coleman III
Clell Coleman, III, 75, of Leesburg died on Sunday, April 4, 2021.

He is survived by Alice J. Coleman, his wife of 55 years and two sons, Lee of Leesburg and Davis (Carol) of Lady Lake; two grandchildren, Jade Brunson of Leesburg and Aaron Coleman (Kara) of Lady Lake and sister, Mary Glockler (Bob) of Leesburg.

Clell was born in Lexington, Kentucky on January 10, 1946 and the family moved to Florida in 1953.
After graduating from University of South Florida in 1969, he returned to Leesburg and joined his father in the home building industry until he began as branch manager with White Aluminum Products, Inc. in 1981. During the 25 years he became partner and vice president of branch operations.

He was proud to be appointed to the City of Leesburg Planning and Zoning Board for over 40 years and served two terms as president of Lake County Home Builders.

Clell was a generous person and in the past enjoyed motorcycling, sports cars, boating and fishing especially with Captain Dan out of Crystal River.

Services will be held Sunday, April 11 at 2:00 PM at First Presbyterian Church, 200 South Lone Oak Drive, Leesburg.
